7 day old baby brother | tuscaloosa newborn photographer

Baby Ollie has my heart<3

This precious family invited me to their home to photograph their newest addition and I am overwhelmed with love for all of them. You know how you just meet certain people and immediately connect with them? Yeah, that was this family.

I arrived at their beautiful tuscaloosa farm home and and immediately loved them. We had an incredible morning together and the images show how much this family loves one another. Later our 6 year old boys ended up on the same baseball team and I got to know and love them even more! I hope you enjoy a few of my favorites of our newborn session!<3

baby sister makes 5 | tuscaloosa newborn photographer

This beautiful family welcomed baby sister to make their family of 5 even more perfect. I was honored to photograph them at their gorgeous farm home one afternoon and LOVE how these images turned out. Mom, known to us as Mrs. Leslie, was Jack's preschool teacher this first year that we lived in Tuscaloosa. We were so nervous about moving to a new town and new schools but when I met Leslie at the beginning of the year, I knew we were in a great place and Jack would be in good hands. I was right and Leslie was the BEST that my Jack could have possible had for his last year  of pre-K before elementary school. We adore her and are so thankful for the care and knowledge she gave him throughout this year.

I met brand new baby, Magnolia Emeline, whom they are calling Emeline on this June afternoon and she was GORGEOUS. But what else could you expect with this family?? Older siblings Sawyer and Mary Ella were so proud and so much fun to photograph. Their personalities are as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. And as you can see in the images, Mom and Dad are beaming with pride over their children.

Leslie wore a gown from my maternity collection that are all always available to my moms...either for maternity, newborn, or even family sessions!

triplet family of five ~ fall portraits | tuscaloosa family photographer

The Deasy family never ceases to amaze. Triplet toddlers and mom and dad look AMAZING! Not only do they look amazing but they have the most positive attitudes about life and are people that naturally draw you to them. I complain about one toddler but they have THREE and never mention an ill word. I'm so thankful to have met them when I photographed the christening of their babies and to have developed a friendship with them.

Renata and Nathan are some of my favorite people that I have ever met. Their children are beautiful and they show so much care to their three 2 year olds. I am constantly impressed by them and so thankful that they ask me to photograph their family so often. It's so hard to express how wonderful these people are! Hopefully the photographs help to describe their amazingness.

family of five ~ fall photo session | tuscaloosa family photographer

I'll always remember this one! My first photo session in Tuscaloosa. Roll Tide! Although this is a family of Ole Miss fans it's ok because I was glad to find out that there's a little bit of college football diversity here. Mom- Carlley- is a local photographer herself and the director of my boys' preschool. Since she knows what to look for, I was honored that she asked me to capture their fall family photos. She also introduced me to this beautiful location, Capitol Park, where there are ruins from the old capitol building when Tuscaloosa was the Alabama state capitol from 1826-1846. The building burned in 1923 but has been preserved in this park. I'm a fan of the location and this family!

Carlley knew exactly where she wanted her family photo so that made the session super quick! And don't they look wonderful in their pastels? Perfect coordination and choice for the setting.

the s family | tuscaloosa family photographer

I have known this sweet family since their oldest was only two years old! We know each other from church and I was even able to visit both little sister and little brother in the hospital after they were born. That always gives me a special bond with a family and baby.
I was thrilled when they call and invited me to capture them inside and around their newly built home. Their kind spirits overflow whenever you are around them and this evening was no different. We had the best time together. Enjoy a few of my favorites!
